Lake Shore Primary Care West in Lake City, Florida, provides coverage for patients aged 18 years and older, including women’s and men’s health exams. Our providers, Dr. Tohmina Begum and Dr. Nikolas Karamitsos, practice internal medicine, which is a more specialized field that can manage a more critical patient.

With nearly 20 years experience, Dr. Cohen at Shands Lake Shore Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center in Lake City, Florida, provides orthopaedic care for families, including treatments for simple contusions, strains and sprains to more complicated fractures and dislocations. Dr. Cohen has extensive osteopathy surgery training in the musculo-skeletal system, allowing patients to be treated in a more holistic manner and recover quickly.

Located in Lake City, Florida, Shands Lake Shore Surgery Specialists has two experienced, da Vinci-trained general surgeons: Dr. Polmerski has been practicing in Lake City for 23 years and Dr. Gonzalez for 7 years.
