You must register before you become a patient at Shands Lake Shore.
Registration is located on the first floor of the hospital. The hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
After-hours registration is done in Admissions. Customer service representatives are also available to
answer your questions by telephone from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
